First Graders earned their white coats during their health and body unit. They learned about the skeletal, muscular, digestive, circulatory, and nervous system. They learned about germs and vaccinations, healthy eating, and exercise. Andrew and Laura Blaine brought a real cow heart and also talked about cpr. Ryan Ruben visited to discuss the muscular and skeletal system. The classrooms turned into hospitals for these experiments. Way to go, first grade.
